Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library puts books into the hands and hearts of children around the world. At United Way of Northwest Illinois, we partner with local community sponsors and individuals to provide a free, high-quality book each month to registered children from birth to age five in Carroll, Jo Daviess, and Stephenson Counties.
